Order Processing Time

Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process before they are shipped -- Holidays and Weekends are excluded. Please keep this in mind before ordering. There is a chance that the processing time will be longer than 1-3 business during Sales and Holidays.

Shipping

We appreciate your support and work diligently to fulfill orders. Please allow up to 2 business days for us to fulfill your order and send your tracking number.

Please ensure that your address is accurate to avoid any delay in receiving your order. If you’d like for your order to be held and picked up at the nearest USPS location, contact USPS directly once you’ve received your tracking number. MB’s Natural Healing is not responsible for any lost, misplaced, or stolen package(s) or package(s) delivered to incorrect address inputted by customer. If you believe your order has been lost or misplaced, please send an email with your tracking number to mb.naturalhealing@gmail.com for assistance. You may also put in a claim with USPS.

Returns + Exchanges

We truly appreciate your support of MB’s Natural Healing and customer satisfaction is one of our biggest priorities. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchanges due to sanitary reasons.

If your order is damaged, please send an email with your tracking number, name, address, and a photo of the damaged item to mb.naturalhealing@gmail.com. Once we’ve received confirmation of the damaged item, your new order will be shipped. You will be responsible for the shipping cost. Please send your damage item(s) to the address below.
